Acceptable Use Policy
Standards of acceptable conduct governing access to our servers and streaming infrastructure
1. Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines the rules and restrictions governing your use of the streaming services, server infrastructure, API endpoints, and websites operated by German4K Streaming Technologies (“German4K”). Compliance with this policy is mandatory for all customers.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Unauthorized Re-streaming & Rebroadcasting: Capturing, re-encoding, relaying, restreaming, or redistributing our video feeds to public forums, private media panels, Discord channels, websites, or third parties.
- Account Resale & Credential Sharing: Selling, sub-licensing, renting, or publicly publishing your M3U playlist URLs, Xtream API logins, or activation credentials.
- Concurrent Connection Abuse: Initiating simultaneous streams across multiple devices exceeding the connection limit of your purchased plan (standard plans strictly permit 1 active stream at a time).
- Automated Scraping & Denial of Service: Running automated crawlers, mass scraping tools, or continuous ping flood loops that overburden our server endpoints or degrade performance for other viewers.
- Fraudulent Activity: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating other individuals or entities.
- Unlawful Content Use: Using our service in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
3. Monitoring and Enforcement
We monitor aggregate server metrics and automated connection counts to identify concurrency abuse and abnormal traffic patterns. If a violation of this AUP is detected:
- Your active streaming connection may be immediately dropped.
- Your account line may be temporarily suspended pending verification.
- For severe or intentional breaches (such as restreaming panels or credential resale), your subscription will be permanently terminated without refund.
4. Reporting Violations
If you discover or suspect any unauthorized abuse or redistribution of our services, please report it directly to: support@german4k.sbs.
