1. Commitment to Intellectual Property Rights

German4K Streaming Technologies (“German4K”) respects the valid intellectual property rights of creators, broadcasters, and rights holders worldwide. We operate in compliance with applicable international copyright legislation, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and the European Union Electronic Commerce Directive.

2. Submitting a Copyright Complaint (Notice & Takedown)

If you are a copyright owner, or an authorized agent acting on behalf of one, and you believe that any material referenced or indexed on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal notification to our designated copyright contact.

To ensure prompt processing, your written notice must include all of the following elements:

1. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description or title of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of such works.
2. Identification of the Infringing Material: Clear identification of the specific link, stream URL, or index entry claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information for us to locate the item.
3. Your Contact Information: Your legal name, organization, physical mailing address, telephone number, and an active email address.
4. Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Statement of Accuracy: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Physical or Electronic Signature: An authorized physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their designated representative.

4. Processing and Response Timelines

Upon receipt of a valid and complete infringement notice, our compliance department will expeditiously review the request, investigate the identified material, and take appropriate action, including disabling access to infringing entries where substantiated.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If a subscriber believes their content or link was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, they may file a written counter-notification with our designated agent containing the statutory requirements set forth in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
