1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, purchasing, or using any services provided by German4K Streaming Technologies (“German4K”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) via german4k.sbs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Service Description

German4K provides digital playlist parameters, M3U URLs, and server connection credentials compatible with third-party media players (such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, or IBO Player) on supported consumer devices. German4K does not manufacture or sell physical set-top boxes, nor do we develop the proprietary media player applications installed on your hardware.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to purchase and maintain an active subscription. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your activation credentials, usernames, and playlist links. You agree not to share, distribute, publicize, or resell your access credentials.

4. Orders, Payments, and Duration

All subscription orders are processed as prepaid terms for fixed durations (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Payments are charged upfront in full at the time of order confirmation. We do not automatically renew or bill subscriptions upon expiration unless you explicitly request a renewal order.

Access commences upon generation and electronic delivery of your activation credentials to the email address provided at checkout.

5. Device Limitations and Concurrent Streams

Unless explicitly purchased with a multi-connection add-on, each subscription is limited to one (1) active concurrent stream at any time. You may configure your credentials on multiple devices, but attempting simultaneous playback from multiple screens concurrently will result in playback interruption or temporary stream throttling.

6. Customer Responsibilities and Network Requirements

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all connectivity equipment, internet services, and player software necessary to use our service. Streaming quality is dependent on your local internet connection speed, Wi-Fi stability, and ISP routing. A stable connection of at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25–50 Mbps for 4K streams is recommended.

7. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All content descriptions, site architecture, and visual designs on german4k.sbs are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree to use the service strictly in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Any unauthorized re-streaming, restreaming to unauthorized third parties, or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate termination.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, German4K Streaming Technologies and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use or inability to use the service.
